Website privacy

Updated November 2, 2026. This notice covers the AgemoWare portfolio website at agemoware.com. Individual applications and their websites have their own privacy notices.

Who is responsible

AgemoWare LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For questions or privacy requests, email sup@agemoware.com.

Hosting and contact requests

Firebase Hosting (Google) delivers this website and processes network information, including your IP address, to provide and secure the service. When you send our contact form, Web3Forms processes the information you submit and delivers it to us. We use contact information and message content to respond to your request, not for analytics. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Optional website analytics

Only after you select “Allow analytics”, we send limited website activity to Amplitude: page visits, navigation choices, which project link you click and whether it leads to a product website or store, and contact-form submission status. We use this information to understand the portfolio's audience and improve navigation.

Analytics uses a randomly generated browser identifier, a session identifier, timestamps, page language, a broad referral category (such as search or social), and website version. Amplitude receives your IP address and uses it to estimate country, region and city. This is approximate network-based location, not GPS. These records are pseudonymous, not anonymous: a random identifier can connect visits from the same browser but does not tell us your name.

We do not send analytics your contact-form content, email address, phone number, full referring URLs, URL query strings, or precise location. We do not enable advertising tracking, cross-app identity, automatic capture of all clicks, or session recordings.

Your choice and browser storage

You can allow or decline analytics. The website works either way. Before consent, no analytics events are sent and no analytics identifier is created. Your preference is stored on this site for 180 days. After consent, the browser identifier lasts until your choice expires or you withdraw consent; sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity. A limited queue of unsent events may remain in the current tab for up to 24 hours to retry delivery.

Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Declining stops future collection (a request already in transit may still complete) and clears this site's analytics identifier and pending events. It does not automatically erase previously delivered records. You can request access or deletion by contacting us; include your browser analytics identifier if available so we can locate pseudonymous records. You can copy this identifier from the browser's local storage entry agemoware_analytics_device before withdrawing consent.

Providers, transfers and retention

Amplitude processes consented analytics for us in our existing US-region Amplitude organization. Google, Web3Forms and Amplitude may process data outside your country, including the United States, under their applicable service and data-processing terms. We use consent as the basis for optional analytics. Hosting and responding to requests serve our legitimate interests in operating the website and communicating with you.

Analytics records remain in Amplitude until deleted under our retention process or a valid deletion request; no automatic event-expiry period is currently configured for this project. We review whether stored data is still needed and handle deletion requests through the contact above.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, object to processing, request portability, and complain to your local data protection authority. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Other websites

Project websites and app stores are separate destinations with their own privacy practices. A click on a store link measures interest; it does not prove an app installation or purchase.
