This application is developed by Oleksandr Kazakov. ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the MoodFormer app. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
MoodFormer allows users to edit video files: add animated faces, voice recordings, audio tracks, and manipulate materials and lighting settings.

2. User Content
Rights to Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the MoodFormer app. By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the service.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of sharing or publishing it. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and share your content.

3. Subscription Services
Auto-Renewal: Your MoodFormer subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it beforehand.
Benefits: Subscribers gain access to special faces, extended editing length, an ad-free experience, and no watermarks.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop the automatic renewal of the subscription, but you will retain your subscriber benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the app to:
- Upload or distribute any content that violates copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hatred.
- Attempt to interfere with the app's service or security features.

5. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app if you violate these Terms or if we believe it's in the best interest of our community or the security of our service.
